Changes to Team Permissions

Following requests from customers, we’ve revised the user permissions for Teams, so that members (non-admin users) have broader access to features.

Here’s a breakdown of the permissions per role:

Install Agents:    
Edit Agents:    
View Cases:    
Mark Cases as Resolved:    
Invite Team Members:    
Remove Team Members:    
Manage Team Notifcations:    
Manage Team Integrations:    
View & Edit Billing Details:
